4. Promo codes cannot be auto-claimed from our end and do not come with an auto-claim warranty.

5. The "lifetime" of our tools refers to their operational lifespan, which may be subject to Discord's updates and patches.

6. Refund requests for non-functioning tools can only be accepted if reported within 1 day.

7. OTT subscriptions are valid for the specified duration, and we are not responsible if they are revoked by the platform.

8. We reserve the right to blacklist users found abusing our platform without offering any refund or replacement.

9. Server boost warranties are subject to Discord's terms of service.

10. If an account/token sold as a Nitro account/token does not have Nitro or is revoked within 1 day, you may request a replacement. However, no refund or replacement will be provided if it is disabled or termed after 15 minutes of purchase.

11. No replacement if the boosters left server/server got pruned/kicked from server/banned from server.

12. Don't prune your server and the members can't leave itself and even if they then no replacement/refund shall be issued in this case.
